Dr. Lori Contreras has always been committed to improving the lives of the children in her community. She began working with children's charities while in high school and continued into adulthood. She spent five summers volunteering with the Arizona Hemophilia Association at their annual summer camp, Camp Honor. At the age of 20, Dr. Lori received her first degree black belt in the Korean style of martial arts, Tang Soo Do, and immediately started the non-profit organization, Children's Path to Peace. This organization is dedicated to teaching children and families non-violent conflict resolution through the enlightened teachings of the martial arts.
Dr. Lori Contreras has been a licensed Chiropractor in the state of Arizona since March of 2008. After spending three years in California, she decided to return to her home state of Arizona to care for the people in the community she grew up in.
Dr. Lori Contreras has been freeing people from pain and leading families to wellness since 2003 in clinics in Phoenix, AZ as well as in the San Francisco Bay Area. As a Chiropractor with experience in working with children and families, she is committed to promoting the health and well being of her patients.
Dr. Contreras uses a "whole person approach" when taking care of her patients. By combining the very best hands-on-technique, exercise, and nutritional counseling, Dr. Contreras is able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your family's journey to good health.
